Ok i am going to buy a dell inspiron 1520 soon and will be getting the 8400m gs next to it. I was lately curious if anyone has experience next to the 8400m gs. I will be doing some gaming, but i already have a righteous desktop computer, that i will be using for most of my gaming. I just want to be capable of play most games with a fine level of detail.

ram-2 see ddr2 667
os-vista home premium

I recommend the next greatest video card. the 8600GS. But the 8400GS should be okay for some gaming. The 8600 will be a lot more shiney though!
yes it can play most games, as okay as some next-gen games. its a good card. those r well-mannered specs 4 ur laptop. 2gb of memory will help greatly in vista.
