You have need of PC3200 DDR memory

You have 4 memory slots

Maximum memory 4GB (4 ea. 1GB modules)

To find your exact knock against specifications and your options, run to crucial.com and press scan my system

My guess is all the knock against on this page will work

Buy it as pc3200 memory for your laptop. The support site for the maker will present what type and speeds can be used. It should be in your owners encyclopaedia under upgrades.
1 G or 2 G too big for your computer, upgrade to 512k more stable to it.
