Enhanced IDE is another way of clich¨| ATA/100. As Stu said your drive will fit physically and there should not be a problem near connectors. You may want to check on Western Digital's network site to see if there is a firmware upgrade to approved larger capacity drives otherwise your 250Gb may solely report back as 80Gb.
It SHOULD, and it will physically fit, HOWEVER the firmware within the box MAY NOT recognise such a large drive if it be shipped as an 80.
