Burning CDs?

is it prohibited or just if u get rid of them?

burning cds is not illegal if you own every song that you put on the cd which would be in actuality buying the songs from like iTunes or the actual cd. it is informal however to sell the cd to someone who doesnt own the songs...thats where on earth people grasp caught. best advice is to be outstandingly cautious if you do this
If you own the disc it is not illegal to construct a personal copy.

Selling copied CDs is definitely criminal if you get caught.
If by CDs you be a sign of music which is copy written, then I believe it is unofficial whether or not you sell them. If you profit from the disc and don't give due to the population responsible for the work, you are basically stealing. If you pass free CDs to others without you acquirement a profit, you are still hurting their business and can get you beside a lawsuit either process.



Under the law, you can individual copy a CD (or other medium for that matter) for backup if you paid for and own the innovative.
it is illegal because their unlicensed Cd's but family wont care neither the police but its better if you don't purloin the chance because for the police its resembling any criminal act
