Can a computer work surrounded by premise near out bump. only just use unyielding drive or something?

this is of late in suggestion.. can it start and work on virtual memory alone? all it have to do is work even if slow or inefficient. thanks its for a examination

Most motherboards won't even try to post without memory installed. I'd read aloud 99.99% of them.
your pc won't even start beside ram :)
will you operate beside out lungs ?

I don't think so, RAM works approaching a short term memory on a entity, so if you've ever seen 50 first date, ha you know what i mean.
