Can i put a bigger gfx card within my computer>? what supporting mods do i requirement?

its a hp pav.around 3 yrd old.its get windows XP home. intel p4 3.0G HT.and its single a 1/2 gig or knock against (512) its only an 80 see HD, but for only holding games it does the trick. right presently the graphics card is a GeForce 5600. so its ok, but still old.anyways, i wanna join some memory and some big fancy graphics card if my cpu can handle it.so what do you adjectives think? what steps should i purloin?

Your CPU doesn't really have to pedal the graphics card. It's actually in that to relieve the CPU from having to toy with graphics. What you should do is find out what type of card your computer takes PCI, AGP, or PCI-e. I'm pretty sure the 5600 will be within an AGP slot. Then pick a card in your budget that would fit within whatever slot your computer have. Your computer will be compatible with any card that fits that slot. When you upgrade the card and your RAM you'll consideration a big difference.
