well, what motherboard do you want? for intel or amd processor?



but for price below $50, you can still receive motherboard for pentium 4 socket 478 or amd athlon xp or sempron (socket 462)

for chipset you can have intel i845g or nforce 2
dance out and find a 1989 IBM computer, take that out, and at hand ya go, 50 bucks aint getting you intensely far, lol, i suggest upping the anty to about 200 bucks, thats more or less right for a good one, 100-200 bucks should attain you a good one, but 50 isn't going to go and get you very far,
a used one from a computer store that have a 30 day warranty. if it works 30 days lacking dying then it probably is ok
