Can intel pentium 4 (478 socket) CPU pins be repaired,if so by whom?
Bad luck you cant return it and repairing would be difficult. I have 2 links for you:

Repairing would be difficult it's better to buy a contemporary one.
Does it still work? The only solution otherwise is to replace the CPU.
