BT voyager 2500V?

i enjoy a BT voyager 2500V and regularily it knocks the internet rotten, at random times durin the year, this can be a real hassle wen im playin the xbox 360 on live, a wee DSL neutral flashes, then it adjectives knocks sour for about 20 second then turns posterior on, does anyone know how ro fix this ? chhers

It could be a problem with yout internet nouns or line. See if you can borrow another router from someone to exam it. If the problem carries on, phone up up BT and get them to check your column. If it's OK after that, then you might have need of a new router. You could appointment BT and see if they'll send another one or you can buy a better variety such as Belkin or D-Link which should be more reliable. Just remember to put in your username and password that you want to connect in the spanking new one when you set it up (BT should have given you this, it's usually something close to firstname.lastname@btbroadband... and it should be OK.
Not sure mate but if its any consillation my voyager V2110 does exactly the same but I enjoy to switch the unit bad in proclaim to get it rear online.
