About e-mails and concrete drive.?

If you haven't made any backup, you can't. E-mail programs put all received e-mails surrounded by seperate files (like one file for Sent items, one folder for the inbox), so getting individual e-mails back can't be done.

You can try to gain an undelete program and see if you can use that to undelete some of the old files, but you'll own to make backup of the current files of your e-mail program first. Another condition is that the files have not be overwritten by some other program (or defragmentation) in the meanwhile. It will be a time-consuming force, with little hope for results.
