win xp recognize it but no drivers are found.

That should be plug and play on the USB port. Since it is a mass storage device on the USB port, it is actually using Microsoft provided drivers below Windows System 32.
Most hard drives wont entail a driver, or if they do it is on the hard drive itself. Tell window to search the external firm drive for the drivers. (If it simply isn't working without drivers)
