AMD Equivalent to Intel Core 2 Extreme?

What is it if at hand is one? Im pretty sure the Core 2 Extreme is Intels best so thats why im asking.

AMD has nought that comes close to the Core 2 Extreme .

AMD are about to release modern quad core processor that's supposed to be better but quite honestly you wouldn't consideration much of a difference.
The Intel Quad-Core is Intel's best processors.



It all depends on which processor you're looking at.
AMD Athlon 64 FX-74 is better than Core 2 Duo Extreme, it can blow Core 2 Extreme stale easily.
AMD is Intel are almost compatible performance perceptive, the AMD tends to run hotter and draw more power though. They also are cheaper and usually use cheaper motherboards. This tend to make AMD smaller number reliable when compared with Intel. I would jump with Intel adjectives the way. I would entail more info to make a serious comparison of the two. Such as model numbers, you can also lately google each one and check the specs.
